The all-inclusive Hazeltine Nursery Gardening Maintenance Service Contract is unlike any in the industry. It provides full, year round, satisfactory scope of work for all outdoor garden needs. Incorporated in our contract are the following highlights: TURF CARE - We understand the essence of a beautiful property begins with the scheduled care that only Hazeltine Nurseries can provide. Our schedules for turf care will provide coverage for mowing, edging, trimming, six times per year fertilization and spraying for insects and weeds PLANTS AND TREES - Hazeltine Nurseries' service contract covers trimming trees under 30 ft in height and fertilize trees twice a year. We are also certified for mangrove pruning. Similar scheduled care is given to shrubs, vines, groundcover and potted plants. All plants and trees are continually inspected for insects and diseases and treated appropriately. PLANTING BEDS - Plant bed care from Hazeltine Nurseries is second to none. Inclusive is weed control, annual dressings of Grade A cedar or cypress bark mulch and flats of annual flowers in both the spring and fall. IRRIGATION SYSTEMS - With irrigation being both a precious commodity as well as the lifeblood of a beautiful Landscape, we will provide weekly scheduled attention to your irrigations system and maximize its results. LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING - If there is low voltage lighting on you property, our schedule maintenance contract will include an entire system check every three months with any low voltage bulbs to be replaced when needed. HARDSCAPE - Whether areas such as concrete, pavers, shell and gravel need to be raked, blown or treated for weeds, hardscape areas also receive their scheduled and weekly attention. |
