Mix butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
Add the instant pudding to this mixture. Mix dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients.
Add nuts and chocolate chips.
Mix well. Batter will be stiff.
Bake at 375 on an ungreased
cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
